Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article six, chapter thirty of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be
amended by adding thereto a new section, designated section
seventeen, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 6. EMBALMERS AND FUNERAL DIRECTORS.
ยง30-6-17. Special emeritus license for embalmers and funeral directors.

the emeritus license has no renewal requirement, and an emeritus
licensee is exempt from the continuing education requirements
contained in section three of this article.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to provide funeral
directors and embalmers who are sixty-five or older an exemption
from license renewal fees and continuing education requirements.

underscoring have been omitted.
